HERE IS A MESSAGE FROM ONE OF OUR GRADUATES:
Hey yall. I’m halfway though my 16 weeks and I thought I’d give some helpful tips that I learned when it comes to the module. I still take clients, I am training my replacement at work, and I’m doing at least 37.5 hours a week in school. (I seriously applaud you working moms cause IDK how you do it).
This is what I’ve found that works for me. Pick a day to go through the whole module from start to finish. depending on the module, this can take 2-5 hours… sometimes more. As you watch and listen to the audiovisual book, pause after each objective section to complete the section of the module and fill in that part in your study guide before moving on to the next section of the video.
Make sure to include all the highlighted words from the video as your key terms. (Still take notes for yourself) This ensures I have the whole module completed AND my study guide almost completed. After our last class, I’ll add in extra notes from things we’ve learned in class and try to italicize things that were given by queen. (to differentiate between exam info and practical info) This is just one way to do it.
